Memory of the Angel Dragon of Light

I was looking through my old sketchbook and found a drawing I never finished with rays of light radiating out from the location of the dragon. I've posted this dragon before and I still don't have a name for her, but I still remember some of the Symbolism tied to this Dragon. Feathers like an Angel are a key part of it's meaning as well as Blinding Bright Light. 
When I first started working on this it was in pencil and was coming along SOO Slowly I gave up on it. (I posted the original pencil sketch in my scraps.) At the time I started this I was very inexperienced with Photoshop or Illustrator, so when I stumbled on this in my old sketch book I instantly knew I could recreate the original vision i had in mind. I scanned it and starting working on the idea. Everything about this dragon is intended to be very black and white so I never intended there to be much color but the little lens flair I felt added to the image as I wanted it to. My computer did crash just as I was about to finish and I lost about an hour and a half of work. I was able to for the most part recreate what I lost but damn did it suck to lose that. I was a little disappointed I didn't create the dragon in Illustrator first but over all in the end this was the idea I wanted to express it just came together 7-9 years later.
